ISISC Supplier is hiring Project Coordinator.

Net salary: 10-15k

Years of experience: 1~3 years

-Handle procurement documentation: contracts, POs, invoices, supplier agreements

-Enter and track data in ERP system

-Coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams

-Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies

Assist with supplier evaluation and reporting.

Location: Nasr City.

Days off: Friday and Saturday.

Working Hours: 9 AM-6 PM

Social insurance.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator based in Cairo, Egypt. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing project activities, tasks, and timelines to ensure deliverables are met effectively. This includes coordinating with internal teams, tracking project progress, managing schedules, and producing documentation. You will also facilitate communication between stakeholders, identify risks, and assist in resolving project-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Project management and organizational skills, including experience coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methods is preferred
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and provide innovative solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) is required
  • Experience in a similar role or working in a sales development-focused industry is a plus
