Job Purpose:

he Project Management Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organization. This role works closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals are achieved on time, within scope, and within budget. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely completion.
  • Support project managers in monitoring progress and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project charters, status reports, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project status updates for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure project documentation complies with organizational standards and quality requirements.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Support stakeholder engagement and manage communication channels for project updates.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate risks or delays to the project manager promptly.

Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Assist in implementing project management best practices and templates.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • 4–7 years of experience
    in construction or contracting companies.
  • Solid knowledge of project management principles and scheduling tools (Primavera / MS Project).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with consultant procedures and standard construction specifications.
