Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English (C1) Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing timely and effective resolutions, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. Additional duties involve maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong English proficiency at a C1 level or higher, with excellent Communication skills
- Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to address customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Experience in English Teaching or Training is a plus
- Knowledge of Translation and cross-cultural communication is desirable
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
