Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English (C1) Customer Service Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. The representative will manage communication through various channels, maintain a positive customer experience, and follow efficient processes to meet service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring consistent Customer Engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively manage interactions
  • Proficiency in English B2+ / C1 level or higher
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and software is preferred
