Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our dynamic team as Senior Insurance Sales Executives. The ideal candidates will play a key role in helping our clients secure tailored insurance solutions while driving the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Ø Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies from our portfolio.
Ø Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Ø Provide detailed explanations of policy options, coverage details, and pricing.
Ø Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
Ø Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
Ø Prepare and deliver sales presentations to individuals and corporate clients.
Ø Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues related to policies or claims.
Requirements:
Ø Proven experience in sales, preferably in (Motor and General) insurance.
Ø Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ø Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus.
Ø Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ø Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
