Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chat Advisor role located in Giza. The Chat Advisor will handle customer inquiries, provide real-time assistance through chat platforms, and ensure a satisfactory customer service experience. Responsibilities include answering questions, resolving issues efficiently, identifying customer needs, and maintaining professionalism in written communication. Accuracy, responsiveness, and delivering high-quality interactions will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills, including clarity, grammar, and tone
  • Ability to manage multiple chat interactions simultaneously and provide quick, accurate responses
  • Customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using chat tools, CRM systems, and other customer service or communication platforms
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Strong time management and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • B2 (or higher) English proficiency level—both written and reading skills
  • Prior experience in a similar chat or customer support role is a plus
