Job DescriptionQuickfirmX is hiring Customer Service Advisors for Concentrix – French-speaking accounts based in Smart Village, Giza.
Join one of the world's top BPO companies and deliver exceptional customer experiences for leading global brands.
Job Role- Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in French.
- Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Follow internal company procedures and performance standards.
- Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality KPIs.
- Accurately document all customer interactions.
- Build strong rapport with customers and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Participate in training and development programs.
- French Language Level: Minimum B2 or B2+
- English Language Level: Minimum B1
- Education: Graduates only
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Smart Village, Giza
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork and adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Rotational shifts (24/7), flexibility required.
- Salary: Up to 31,000 EGP gross /month
- Full medical and social insurance
