Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role located in Giza. The successful candidate will manage and address customer inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and ensure superior customer experiences are delivered. This role involves actively identifying and analyzing customer satisfaction levels, supporting team efforts, and fostering positive customer relationships that align with the company's commitment to providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support, demonstrating strong ability to assist and manage inquiries and issues effectively
  • Proven track record in achieving high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment in Giza
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with customer management software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
