Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Giza. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring positive customer experiences. The individual will serve as the first point of contact for customers, provide product information, handle complaints, and ensure exceptional service standards are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, including the ability to interact professionally and positively with a diverse customer base
  • Experience with Customer Support and resolving inquiries efficiently
  • An understanding of Customer Satisfaction and the ability to address customer needs effectively
  • Ability to enhance the Customer Experience in all interactions
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Giza and coordinate with team members as needed
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service roles or a similar field is advantageous
