We're Hiring – Customer Service Representative (Phone & Chat)

Location: Sheikh Zayed, Egypt

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and chat, resolving issues efficiently and professionally, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Fast learner and eager to grow within the company

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset

What We Offer:

2 days off per week
