Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Customer Service Ambassador. In this position, the individual will be responsible for effectively managing customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing guidance on the company's products and services, and gathering feedback to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the role involves fostering positive relationships with clients to drive loyalty and trust in the brand.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and CRM tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus
