Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Recruitment Ambassador specializing in freelance recruitment. The Recruitment Ambassador will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment cycle. The role includes developing hiring strategies, maintaining excellent communication throughout the recruitment process, and providing training and guidance to candidates to ensure their success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting to source and onboard top-tier talent efficiently
• Experience in Interviewing and assessing candidates effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally with both candidates and employers
• Ability to deliver Training and support to candidates to ensure readiness and success in their roles
• Organized and able to work autonomously in a remote setup
• Familiarity with recruitment practices for call centers or customer service roles is an advantage
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
