As we begin our Senior School GCSE courses in September 2025 and with our Sixth Form opening in September 2026, we are seeking an exceptional Deputy Director of Admissions to help shape the next chapter of our story.This is not simply an administrative role. It is a pivotal leadership position in the life of a remarkable school. You will work alongside our Director of Admissions to attract, engage and enrol families who share our vision, ensuring that every enquiry is met with warmth, professionalism and the sense of prestige that defines Uppingham. Your work will be instrumental in building our school community, influencing our growth and ensuring that the calibre of pupils matches our uncompromising standards.**Your Impact**
- Develop and deliver innovative admissions strategies in collaboration with the Director of Admissions, ensuring we meet and exceed ambitious enrolment targets.
- Lead on relationship building with prospective families, feeder schools, educational consultants and community partners in Egypt and internationally.
- Oversee and refine every stage of the admissions process from initial enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a seamless and personal experience.
- Represent Uppingham Cairo with confidence and gravitas at events locally and abroad, becoming a trusted and inspiring ambassador for our school.
- Manage admissions data and reporting, using insights to shape future strategy.
- Support and guide members of the admissions team, modelling excellence in professional conduct and service.

You will be an articulate, persuasive and highly organised professional with a proven track record in admissions, marketing or pupil recruitment, ideally within the British independent or international school sector.
