As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Area Manager to lead our regional retail operations and uphold the standards of excellence synonymous with the Ben Soliman name.

Role Overview

The
Area Manager

will oversee the commercial, operational, and people management aspects of multiple retail stores within a defined territory. This role requires a strategic leader who can inspire teams, optimize performance, and ensure each store delivers an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's vision.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead and support Store Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and regional performance.

. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities and implement effective action plans.

. Maintain consistent execution of visual merchandising and operational excellence in all stores.

. Recruit, train, and develop retail talent to build strong, high-performing teams.

. Collaborate with senior management on sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory control.

. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and health & safety regulations.

. Represent Ben Soliman Classic Suits as a brand ambassador in all internal and external interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Education & Background

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

  1. Professional Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-store or area management within the fashion, luxury, or retail industry.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational goals.

Strong leadership experience in managing, mentoring, and developing retail teams.

Previous experience in menswear or luxury apparel brands will be highly regarded.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.

Proficiency in retail management, Knowledge, and the English Language.
