Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Service Representative located in Giza. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering excellent service in English. The representative will communicate with clients to provide assistance, build rapport, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (B2+ level) and strong communication skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Experience in customer service, with the ability to address inquiries and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
- Skills in English teaching or training, demonstrating the ability to guide and educate customers or team members efficiently.
- Familiarity with translation tasks to assist customers effectively across different communication needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience in customer service or language-related fields is a plus.
