Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a French Customer Service Specialist, located in Giza. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions through phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about products and services, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Additionally, the role involves following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
