Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm Heliopolis. This role involves generating and managing sales leads, fostering and maintaining client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and coordinating between clients and internal teams. The Sales Account Executive will also collaborate with colleagues to identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to project completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive business growth
- Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills to foster trust and collaboration with clients and colleagues
- Proven expertise in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and provide efficient support
- Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and tailored solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant industries such as security, audiovisual, or hospitality is advantageous
- Proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and results-driven mindset
