Job Brief
We are seeking a
CRM & Sales Executive
to support our sales operations and ensure full visibility and control over the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing CRM systems, tracking forecasts and closure rates, and ensuring the sales team maintains an active and healthy lead cycle.
This is a key coordination role that requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage the
sales pipeline
in the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting and visibility. - Follow up with
sales team members
on open leads and opportunities to maintain progress and accountability. - Track and analyze
forecast accuracy, closure rates, and lead cycle times
. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date
CRM data
across all opportunities and accounts. - Prepare
weekly and monthly sales performance reports
and dashboards. - Support the sales process with
follow-up calls, reminders, and coordination
. - Suggest process improvements to enhance the team's
efficiency and conversion rates
.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience
in sales and CRM management. - Practical experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication in
Arabic and English
. - Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
