Senior Corporate Sales Executives

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Corporate Sales Executive to proactively target and secure corporate accounts across various industries. This role is critical in driving high-value corporate business, including group bookings, private dining events, executive accommodations, and partnership agreements across our entire hospitality portfolio.
The ideal candidate will leverage their deep understanding of luxury Food & Beverage operations to craft bespoke solutions that meet the specific needs of our corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Business Development: Identify, qualify, and secure new corporate accounts, focusing on high-revenue potential for all PAROS properties (Hotels, Fine Dining, and Catering).
- Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) planners, and executive assistants to ensure repeat business and account saturation.
- Solution Selling: Utilize in-depth Food & Beverage and hospitality knowledge to design, present, and sell tailored corporate solutions (e.g., incentive travel packages, exclusive private dining buy-outs, corporate volume contracts)
Required Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory F&B / Hospitality Background: Extensive professional experience within Hotels (specifically sales or management within F&B or Catering) or Fine Dining Restaurants. A deep, practical understanding of high-end dining service, menu structures, and event execution is essential.
Corporate Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Corporate Sales (B2B sales, account management, or equivalent roles), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding corporate revenue targets.
