Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Sales Account Executive
to join our team in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. The role requires engaging with doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies to expand our client base and drive product sales. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing accounts and delivering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies to promote and sell our products.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, including new healthcare providers, medical institutions, and pharmacies.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training to healthcare professionals and pharmacy staff.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs by effectively managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Please regularly visit healthcare providers, doctors, and pharmacies to ensure product knowledge is up-to-date and receive necessary support.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance metrics to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required for field visits).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
