We are hiring an Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in the FMCG sector. The role involves daily field visits, expanding our customer base, ensuring product availability, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Daily visits to retailers, groceries, and supermarkets

  • Generate new business and grow existing accounts

  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display

  • Execute promotions and follow up on orders & collections

  • Monitor competitor activity and prepare daily reports

Requirements
- 1–3 years of FMCG outdoor sales experience

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills

  • Good market knowledge and route planning ability

  • Valid driving license (car is a plus)

  • Target-driven, energetic, and reliable
