Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Auto Parts Outdoor Sales Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their auto parts needs, and assisting them in selecting suitable products. Responsibilities include engaging with clients, processing orders, managing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets by promoting MTM Egypt's range of high-quality auto spare parts.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Auto Parts
  • Effective Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Retail Sales and ability to meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in Order Processing and handling customer transactions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Proficiency in using sales software or CRM systems is a plus
  • Previous experience in the auto spare parts industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
