Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented
Corporate Sales Account Executive
to join our growing dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Maadi, Cairo. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and presenting tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical insurance sales and a strong ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
The role involves meeting sales goals, negotiating contracts, addressing client queries, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and reporting on sales performance are integral aspects of this position.
key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical insurance sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments to develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline updates, and performance using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales of services (B2B is highly preferable).
- Experience in medical insurance, health insurance, or healthcare services
is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of medical insurance services and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in English
