Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, supporting sales activities, and building strong relationships with partners to achieve business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify customer pain points and provide customized, solution-based recommendations.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs to position our solutions strategically.
- Lead presentations, product demos, and discussions of complex software solutions with potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts, including renewals, pricing models, and long-term agreements.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting to management.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
Requirements:
- 6 Month –2 years of experience in sales, account management, a digital marketing agency. with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop long-term client partnerships.
- Proven experience managing key accounts and addressing client needs at a strategic level.
- Demonstrated ability in solution-based selling.
- Skilled in conducting presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience in contract management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Results-driven, motivated by exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
