Position Summary
The Key Account Executive (Dental) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key dental clients including clinics, dental centers, hospitals, universities, and group practices. The role focuses on achieving sales growth, increasing customer loyalty, and ensuring smooth account operations in line with company goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Key Account Management
• Manage a portfolio of high-value dental accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and maintain high engagement.
• Understand customer needs, purchasing behavior, and operational challenges.
- Sales Growth & Target Achievement
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Expand the product mix within each account.
- Market & Business Development
• Onboard new clinics, centers, and group practices.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships, contracts, and exclusive agreements.
• Present new launches, promotions, and full product solutions.
- Account Planning & Analysis
• Prepare annual account plans with forecasts, KPIs, and growth strategies.
• Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competition inside each account.
• Develop action plans to defend and grow market share.
- Customer Support & Training
• Act as the main liaison between the customer and internal departments (logistics, finance, technical).
• Solve order issues, stock concerns, and after-sales requirements promptly.
• Provide product demos, training, and technical support when needed.
- CRM & Reporting
• Record visits, interactions, and opportunities on CRM tools.
• Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all accounts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in dental sales & key account management.
• Strong understanding of dental consumables, equipment, and infection-control products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and CRM proficiency.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel.
