SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a Key Account Executive to join our Decorative Sales team in Cairo Area.

You will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting Jotun’s range of Decorative products to both new and existing key customers/key accounts within cairo area. Utilize Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to build strong, lasting relationships with customers, effectively engage with the market, and respond to both sales and technical inquiries. The goal is to meet or exceed targets for sales, gross margin, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and customer satisfaction, positioning Jotun as the preferred supplier of premium products and services.

This position will report to the Area Sales Manager—Cairo Area and will be based in the Head office in New Cairo.

Responsibilities:
- Create new customers by analyzing the market, plan visits to potential customers, and swift response to quotations and inquiries to secure growth and increase market share- To follow up and monitor Key Dealers/Projects closely by ensuring Jotun’s products are used to achieve the targeted sales budget- Maintain customer relationships through regular visits, responding to inquiries, and providing advice on product selection to achieve sales budget.- Follow up and monitor customers on proper pricing and payment to reduce Days of sales outstanding and to achieve the targeted gross margin.- Co-ordinate with internal departments like Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to ensure high-quality service is provided

Qualifications We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree.- 3+ years of experience in Sales- Should be able to communicate in English and Arabic.
