- Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, staying up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and make recommendations to stay competitive in the market, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional offers and packages to drive revenue, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and maintain the hotel and apartment inventory and pricing across all distribution channels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all revenue management processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Prepare and present revenue reports to senior management on a regular basis, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for improvement.
- Train and support team members on revenue management strategies and tools, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for the hotel and apartments, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel or furnished apartments setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in revenue management systems and tools, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English, with a strong command of written and spoken language.
