Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a hotel or furnished apartments setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in revenue management systems and tools, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluent in English, with a strong command of written and spoken language.
