NOK Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading business and services consultancy specializing in PWD Services in Maadi.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the CEO's schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  2. Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Prepare presentations and materials for the CEO.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
  5. Act as a gatekeeper, filtering incoming requests and information.
  6. Support the CEO's strategic initiatives by conducting research and preparing for board meetings.
  7. Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  8. Develop and maintain filing systems.
  9. Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
  10. Take meeting minutes.
  11. Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  12. Follow up on pending subjects and report feedback.

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience in an executive assistant role or similar.

Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
