Executive Assistant to CEO

NOK Human Capital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading Business and Services Consultancy specializing in PWD Services.
**Job Summary:**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, with excellent organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring the CEO's time is used efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments to maximize their time and productivity.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and other written communications, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare presentations and other materials for the CEO to use in meetings and other events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Act as a gatekeeper, filtering incoming requests and information to ensure the CEO's time is used efficiently.
- Support the CEO's strategic initiatives by conducting research, developing new programs, and preparing for board meetings.
- Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both hard copy and digital.
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Take meeting minutes and prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Follow up on pending subjects and report feedback to the CEO.
**Requirements:**
- 0-1 year of experience in an executive assistant role, personal assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
