Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring maximum productivity. They will also handle correspondence, prepare presentations, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters
- Prepare presentations and other materials for the CEO
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
- Act as a gatekeeper, filtering incoming requests and information
- Support the CEO's strategic initiatives by conducting research and preparing for board meetings
- Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Develop and implement filing systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients
- Take meeting minutes and produce documents
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in an executive assistant role or similar
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
