Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments to maximize their time and productivity.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, in a timely and efficient manner.
- Prepare presentations and materials for the CEO to use in meetings and events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Act as a gatekeeper, filtering incoming requests and information to ensure efficient use of the CEO's time.
- Support the CEO's strategic initiatives by conducting research, developing new programs, and preparing for board meetings.
- Remind the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain filing systems for hard copy and soft copies.
- Implement and maintain administrative procedures and systems.
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
- Take meeting minutes.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
- Follow up on pending subjects and report feedback.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in an executive assistant role, personal assistant, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
