Elite Projects is a leading construction company based in Cairo, Egypt.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to join our team in Cairo. This role involves managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular reports to senior management on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, and work with the team to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products and services.
  • Motivate and incentivize team members to achieve their targets and foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve and reach their full potential.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
