Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive market penetration and profitability.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead the recruitment of strategic partners.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing corporate sales team by setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Foster accountability and results through regular coaching and feedback sessions.
- Partnership Development
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for growth through effective communication and negotiation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with business objectives and ensure mutual benefits.
- Sales Enablement
- Collaborate with marketing to create effective corporate marketing programs and sales tools that support sales teams in achieving their targets.
- Provide training and resources to partners to enhance their sales capabilities and knowledge.
- Performance Analysis
- Monitor corporate sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Utilize insights to optimize strategies and address challenges in real-time, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product management, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support for corporate initiatives and achieve business objectives.
- Participate in executive leadership meetings to contribute to overall business strategy and provide input on key decisions.
- Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments to make strategic recommendations.
- Act as a thought leader in the corporate sales space and represent Caliberly at industry events to build partnerships and expand market reach.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
