**What will you do on your journey with WebBeds?**
WebBeds is the world’s fastest growing provider of accommodation distribution services to the travel industry. Our products incorporate distribution APIs, payment integrations, ERP integration, Data Lakes, User Interfaces, and others. Our search API reach peaks of more than 50.000 requests per second, each one consisting of tens or hundreds of hotels, with continued expansion.

**In this role you will**
As HR and Office Manager - Egypt you will provide HR and Administration support to the Egypt based employees and ensuring HR practices, policies, and local compliance are adhered.
**Key responsibilities**
- Handle recruitment process and any related activities.
- Responsible of the onboarding and off-boarding process.
- Handle end-to-end process of Egypt payroll.
- Manage and process all government mandated benefits and inquiries.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and ensure any employee relation concerns are handled properly and in accordance with the company policy and labour law.
- Review pay gap, current salary trend, and compensation & benefit.
- Ensure that all the necessary documentation required by local country labour laws is in place; i.e. compliant labour contracts, registration to authorities like Social Insurance, and compliant policies & procedures.
- Ensure policies and procedures are regularly reviewed and meet the labour law and business strategy requirements.
- To manage and ensuring company policy and processes are followed at all times. Ensuring best and consistent HR practice is implemented.
- Manage leave records and files of employees.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and any ad hoc reports requested. Responsible to oversee all aspects of the office management and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Handle any required office related projects.
**The skills we would love to see in your suitcase**
- Proven experience as an HR generalist at manager or senior advisor level with background of leading a team.
- Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in all areas of human resource management in a multicultural, fast changing commercial organisation.
- In depth knowledge of current Egypt employment law.
- Excellent level of English, both written and verbal.
