**About this opportunity**

**What you will do**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the Middle East region, with a focus on the GCC countries, in collaboration with business leaders to address their hiring needs and align with global and regional objectives.
- Partner with universities, career forums, and relevant institutions to enhance our employer branding and attract top talent, showcasing our values, culture, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, acting as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Leverage country-level knowledge to upskill and enhance the capabilities of the extended talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

**You will bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are a plus.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a multinational organization operating in the Middle East/GCC region.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing techniques, assessment methods, and employer branding strategies.
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern job market, including cultural nuances, legal requirements, and industry trends.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders, HR partners, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations to senior leaders.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages spoken in the GCC region is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed.
