**THE ROLE**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to attract and recruit top-tier talent, aligning their expertise with our company’s core values. In this role, you’ll take the lead on high-volume recruitment for our Customer Service (CS) team while contributing to various Talent Acquisition initiatives in Cairo.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Keep teams updated with timely reports and clear communication, ensuring recruitment goals are met on time.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for CS adapting strategies to match fluctuations in demand.
- Seamlessly manage the end-to-end recruitment process, effectively handling large applicant volumes while maintaining efficiency and a personal touch.
- Ensure new joiners integrate smoothly, with streamlined processes that accommodate fast-paced hiring environments.
- Partner with CS leaders to ensure efficient selection and offer processes, promoting swift decision-making.
- Continuously enhance recruitment processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and quality in high-volume scenarios.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job ads, referrals, direct sourcing) to build strong, diverse talent pipelines for CS roles.
- Adapt recruitment strategies with creativity and confidence, ensuring that high standards are maintained even under pressure.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring for CS teams.
- Data-oriented and have an analytical mindset, with the ability to track metrics and improve ROI while scaling recruitment efforts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Available to work in Cairo (hybrid work).
