We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team in Cairo, with experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle, preferably in the construction, engineering consultancy or design sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

- Minimum of 5 years experience working in an internal talent acquisition team
- Experience recruiting engineering professionals in the Middle East
- Experience in direct sourcing using LinkedIn and other mediums
- Strong communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Global sourcing of talent specific to sustainability, environment and other specialist engineering areas
- Developing solid relationships with internal management to provide a high level of customer service, ensuring current and future talent acquisition requirements are met
- Ensures effective use of our applicant tracking system
- Manage end to end recruitment life cycle, from initial advertisement to handover to onboarding
- Leverages technology to support recruitment and staffing initiatives
- Knowledge of GCC employment law and legislative requirements
