**Votre rôle**:

- Provide input into overall hiring strategy of the organization, to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent attraction strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
- Enhance current software tools and develop new digital portals for hiring.
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches
- Build CV database for external and internal sourcing.
- Simplify and increase the efficiency of the hiring process by introducing new digitalization methods.
- Support with planning for interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews - if possible.
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). - Report on Recruitment KPIs on regular basis and identify needed actions to improve them.
- Review I-recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand. - Research and choose job advertising options Orange Restricted
- Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
- Develop strong internship programs with top universities in Egypt and globally - Integrate the employee referral program as a key component of the sourcing and talent acquisition process. This requires raising awareness levels and educating employees on its importance to the long-term growth and profitability of the company.

**Votre profil**:

- Good English level
- Very good computer skills especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Articulate communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong planning, organization, and follow-up ability.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Able to manage and lead diverse task forces.
- Detail oriented with solid reporting skills.
- Innovative with strong result orientation ability

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; preferably in business administration.
- Post graduate studies in HR are an asset.
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, ideally in a System Integrator / IT /Telecom company
