**About Zeal**:

At the moment, whenever a transaction is processed on a payment card machine, physical retailers have no idea who the paying customer is, unless they use a loyalty program. Think of when you go to a supermarket and you pay by card, unless you go to a supermarket that has a loyalty program and you get your loyalty card out, the card machine doesn't tell the retailer if you're a new or returning customer, demographics, gender, etc. Unlike e-ecommerce, in physical retail customer identification always had to be a separate step because the payment terminal is not built to self-identify the paying customer. Hence, a plethora of valuable data is lost or underutilized. With Zeal's advanced Smart plugin, the company integrates with card machines globally to provide payment acquirers and ISVs with a unique differentiator for their card machines. **Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled and driven **Senior Talent Acquisition Partner** to take ownership of our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent to support our growth. This role will focus primarily on end-to-end recruitment, with a secondary focus on supporting other talent functions, such as employee engagement, performance management, and talent development, as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
- Partner with hiring managers across departments to deeply understand team needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
- Drive regional hiring initiatives, ensuring processes are optimized for compliance and market standards.
- Focus on technical recruitment, identifying and attracting top-tier engineering, product, and other specialized talent.
- Support talent development initiatives, including input on performance reviews, development plans, and training programs.
- Collaborate on employee engagement efforts, such as recognition initiatives, surveys, and team-building activities.
- Assist in broader people-focused projects as needed to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with significant experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Technical hiring experience is a must.
- Experience with hiring in multiple regions or international locations (e.g., UK) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities and contributing to a strong organizational culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
