Enterprise Presales Engineer

The main purpose of Presales Engineering is to support and co-lead the sales process by providing technical knowledge, designing and delivering solutions, and consulting on technical aspects of opportunities to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end solution positioning between clients and Infobip.
Presales Engineers can act as technical consultants, and agents of transformation; bridging the gap between business and technology, helping clients get the most of out Infobip solutions and technology
Main Responsibilities
- Provide full technical ownership and support to sales and account teams starting with discovery till closure of opportunities
- Identify opportunities to monetize professional services and help drive successful delivery of implemented solutions
- Collect technical requirements, challenges and identify integration points within engaged projects
- Design and present high-level technical solutions for customers, and help translate technical challenges to business value solutions using Infobip platform, solutions and technology
- Take lead on client demos, presentations and POCs, covering business use cases and industry best practices
- Handle security questionnaires and all compliance issues with related industries in accordance with applicable regulations and standards, with the help of specialized security & compliance teams
- Have an understanding of market requirements, challenges and trends and provide feedback to steer the development of products’ features
- Mentor, coach and train junior team members and newcomers to help grow team capabilities
More about you:
- You have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, and you are passionate about emerging technology trends
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, computer science or technology, or any equivalent degree
- You have strong technical background and passion for IT and technology (ideally first experience in SaaS / CPaaS).
- Have a strong skill set in APIs and web service technologies;
- A problem solver mindset; you can find innovative solutions to solve client problems
- You take proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs).
- You are able to present products, solutions and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
- You speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues alike, and have great command of English.
- You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push own limits.
