SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Infrastructure Sales Manager to join our Performance Coatings Department and take charge of our Infrastructure sales team. In this role, you will utilize Jotun’s cutting-edge sales tools and methodologies to strategically plan, execute, and track the team’s sales goals, performance, and collection targets. As a leader, your primary objective will be to drive the achievement of sales targets, cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, optimize profitability, and expand Jotun’s market share within the Infrastructure sector.
This position will be based in the Head Office situated in New Cairo and will report to the Protective and Marine Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive departmental strategy that outlines clear objectives, performs market analysis, segments customers, and streamlines sales processes for maximum efficiency.- Manage projects and Key Accounts to ensure customer satisfaction is met while achieving sales targets.- Design and implement distribution strategies, setting clear targets, selection criteria, and performance metrics to build a strong and reliable distribution network.- Monitor and track action plans to ensure performance coatings goals and targets are achieved.- Establish standardized procedures and reporting systems to enforce best practices across both retail and project teams.- Lead, develop, and inspire the sales team by setting clear performance targets, offering coaching and ongoing support, and ensuring follow-up in alignment with The Penguin Spirit to maximize team effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications We Look For:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science.- 5 + years experience in sales - Infrastructure Market.- Must be able to communicate fluently in English & Arabic
