**Role Overview**:
As a **Senior sales**, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and identifying new opportunities. You will actively engage in lead generation, cold calling, and researching potential clients to expand our business. This fully remote position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, industry events, and networking.
- **Cold Calling**: Conduct cold outreach to prospective clients, effectively communicating our value proposition and securing meetings or sales opportunities.
- **Pipeline Management**: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead conversion and client acquisition.
- **Team Leadership**: Mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets and maintain a collaborative work culture.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to inform and adjust sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Track key sales metrics, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Lead, Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- **Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.**:

- Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Analytical mindset and knowledge of market dynamics.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Pay: E£10,000.00 - E£22,000.00 per month
