**Job: Sales Executive**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential clients in industries that require comprehensive Asset and Facility Management Software. Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and targeting potential clients in industries that require Asset and Facility Management Software.
- Educating potential clients on how our software addresses specific industry challenges.
- Maintaining relationships with decision-makers in target markets to ensure market entry and expansion.
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets to contribute to our strategic objectives.
- Engaging with industry professionals to understand ongoing challenges and trends.
- Delivering presentations showcasing our unique solutions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in Software Sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales in software
- Deep familiarity with industry challenges and trends in the Asset and Facility Management Domain
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client needs and handle negotiations with a consultative approach
- Proven track record of effectively aligning software solutions with complex industry-specific requirements
- Preferably have experience in CAFM, CMMS, EAM
- Car is a MUST
