**Overview**
The Talent Acquisition specialist for I.T Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end CBS I.T. hiring process for all Cairo based positions. Taking responsibility for delivering hiring across all levels on-time and within agreed SLAs. Responsibilities will include full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to interviewing across all GBS functions. The role involves significant stakeholder engagements with CBS Towers, Egypt BU and GBS transition teams (including design leads, Sector PMOs etc.)
The role will also be responsible to deliver standardized reporting and analytics for the work assigned and will leverage required TA/ HR systems and tools meeting the process requirements based in CBS site. The role requires strong process orientation and SLA adherence experience and the ability to deliver agreed SLA/CSAT based customer service.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide recruitment support across I.T, with the goal of filling open roles against agreed timelines with qualified internal or external talent while achieving target metrics such as TTA (Time to Accept), Time to Hire, and system accuracy, among others.
- Execute the full life cycle recruitment process for each requisition including:
- Facilitation of hiring manager intake meeting resulting in service-level alignment.
- Manage with the attempt to achieve /build consensus, with manager oversight when needed.
- Work with hiring manager to develop compelling offer for external hires.
- Manage offer negotiations if necessary.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and HR partner(s) in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility. This includes the ability to communicate general, fact-based trends around the external market, internal organizational needs, and profiling proficiency.
- Communicate and educate stakeholders on the staffing policies and processes for both internal mobility and external selection.
- Develop the ability over time to effectively portray PepsiCo GBS as a strong Employer of Choice. This should include the ability to educate and deliver PepsiCo GBS Employment Value Proposition, as well as information regarding PepsiCo’s portfolio, functions, culture, leadership mode and, employment brand.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- A minimum of 2 / 3 yrs of Talent Acquisition process and SLA management experience at a GBS organization/Shared Services - ideally with experience of recruiting for I.T. or other technical functionalities.
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Prior experience of direct sourcing utilizing varions channels such as LinkedIn and social media.
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders on staffing related decisions.
- Display professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong partnerships.
- Personable, high energy individual who is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization.

- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
