Role Purpose:
The role of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is to support the team through effective implementation of all talent acquisition of team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation. This role will ensure GS TA Shared Service Delivery through efficient management of the end to end delivery of TA activities.

Role Details:

- Ensure the Talent Acquisition process and ensure adherence to Majid Al Futtaim policies and procedures, from all involved parties.
- Oversee and facilitate full recruitment life cycle (from sourcing through offer closing stage) for key/critical roles.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (Business Leadership and Hiring Managers, HC Business Partners) and external partners (head hunters, vendors, etc.)
- Effectively communicate recruitment updates to stakeholders through written communication and meeting facilitation.
- Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs as well as evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and implementation.
- Streamline the screening processes to ensure the selection of top talent is completed within agreed SLAs.

**Requirements**:

- Must have had at least 6+ years in working experience in a recruiting position, preferably as a senior recruiter in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
- Proven and successful experience leading a high-performing recruiting team for a business, resulting in the acquisition and retention of top talents in the market.
- Experience working with full-cycle recruiting as well as have a broad understanding of general HR requirements, preferably recruitment in the Middle East.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
