CRM Specialist

**Responsibilities**
- Establish workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
- Spot ways to improve usage of the CRM through automating basic everyday tasks
- Customize and pull marketing reports from the CRM
- Analyze marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
- Write training manuals and teach staff on how to use the CRM
- Meet with teams to help them analyze business trends
- Introduce creative ideas aiming at achieving the company’s marketing quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and evaluating all customer loyalty activities across the organization
- Record and update customers’ data using the CRM system
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the CRM(HubSpot)
- Marketing background (preferred)
- Ability to resolve technical CRM issues, including responding to customization requests
- Collaboration and patience to serve as the bridge between marketing and sales
- Good problem-solving abilities and excellent communication
- Public speaking skills that allow them to train others on CRM software
- Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
