Job Title: Coordination and Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedules and appointments for executives.
- Coordinate with other departments in the law firm to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain records of deadlines and follow up on outstanding items.
- Answer and make phone calls as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Customer service or training experience
- Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination and administrative assistant role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Physical Demands:
- This role may require extended periods of sitting, standing, or working at a computer.
Working Conditions:
- Work is performed remotely with occasional travel to other locations.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary will be starting 250 usd commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Benefits will be overtime pay when required
