- **Employee Relations**: Act as a liaison between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment. Address employee concerns and manage conflict resolution with a fair and professional approach.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance regularly. Support managers in setting KPIs, giving constructive feedback, and fostering professional development.
- **Compensation and Benefits**: Administer and manage local compensation packages, benefits, and payroll in alignment with local regulations and company policies. Continuously review benefits to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- **Policy Development and Compliance**: Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Conduct regular training on policies and promote a culture of adherence to guidelines.
- **Employee Engagement and Retention**: Plan and implement engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and productive workforce. Develop retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.
- **HR Data Management**: Maintain and update employee records accurately, including attendance, payroll, and personal information. Utilize HR software to analyze data for improved decision-making.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by implementing safety protocols and training, and by collaborating with local authorities to comply with safety standards.

Pay: E£30,000.00 per month
