Develop and implement HR strategies that align with iCareer’s business goals.
- Lead workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Work with leadership to design and execute a comprehensive HR plan to meet business needs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing advice, support, and mediation in conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the recruitment process for senior positions, collaborating with the HR Officer to ensure timely hiring.
- Implement best practices for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters and job boards.
- Design and manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear objectives and career development plans for all employees.
- Support employee development through training, coaching, and career pathing programs.
- Lead the design and review of compensation and benefits packages to remain competitive in the market.
- Ensure the payroll process is accurate and timely, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures, including the Conflict of Interest policy.
- Oversee employee documentation, contracts, and personnel records.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key HR activities and trends.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the HR Officer to enhance the department's effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless coordination of all HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
- ** 5+ years** of progressive **HR** experience, with **at least 2 years** in a **management**role.
- Strong knowledge of E**gyptian labor laws** and** regulations.**
- Proven experience in** talent management**, **performance appraisal**, and e**mployee engagement**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term needs.
- Strong **decision-making** and **problem-solving** skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
