- Delivering actionable feedback to associates on KPIs and career development by conducting regular 1:1s and team meetings.
- Listening and addressing team concerns in an effective and timely manner.
- Building and maintaining a high-performance culture focused on delivering world-class customer experience.
- Implementing team priorities
- identify mitigation plans when the queue is on the rise, route & follow up on operational escalations.
- Communicating and set clear expectations for the team, staying on top of new information, and passing along to the team; communicate the “Why” behind the information or decision.
- Contributing to strategic plans to improve team performance, KPIs, and emergency management plans when unexpected circumstances occur.
- Designing and delivering training to the team to enhance communication skills.
- Creating and updating performance dashboards.
- Ensuring proper onboarding of the new associates.
**The keys to unlock this vacancy are**:
- Excellent verbal & written communication in Arabic and English.
- Excellent reporting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of word, excel and google sheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in managing a team of associates.
- 4-5 years of experience in the customer experience field.
- Experience in working with targets, KPIs, and company goals.
- Fintech background is a plus.
